Terms

DRAFT — NOT LEGALLY APPROVED. This original store draft needs legal and commerce review before it is published or relied on.

About this storefront

Chug:VID Store lists physical table-tent products for purchase. The catalog currently includes the Table Tent Pack of 10 and Table Tent Pack of 10 (Acrylic). Displayed prices are in USD. Shipping cost is currently free for the two seeded products; catalog details may change.

Orders and checkout

Checkout collects billing and shipping contact and address information and requires a shipping store number. When production Stripe configuration is available, checkout is started with Stripe Checkout. An order's payment status is updated by the store's signed payment webhook workflow.

The store does not currently calculate tax, provide customer accounts, synchronize refund status, provide shipment tracking, or send order confirmation emails. This draft does not promise a delivery date, order processing period, return or refund entitlement, or any other service not described by the current storefront.

Review before use

This draft is not a complete set of sale terms. Before publication, the store operator should have qualified reviewers establish and approve applicable order, shipping, cancellation, return, refund, tax, dispute, contact, and other terms. No governing jurisdiction or legal rights are specified by this draft.

The store is separate from Chug:VID's broader video platform. For that service's materials, visit chugvid.com.
